Stephen Pollan
Chief Executive Officer
Stephen Pollan is a successful entrepreneur with over twenty years of executive leadership experience. After progressing through operations management and human resources positions with international food-industry corporations, he chose to take advantage of new entrepreneurial opportunities when creating Assessment Technologies Group (ATG).He strives every day to make ATG the best in the business of organizational consulting, and always pursues through difficulties until the job is done right. Stephen is a well-respected businessman and devotes a great deal of his time improving the Jacksonville community as a member of many local boards and councils.
Jane L. Landon
Board Chair
Jane Landon joined Web.com in November 2010 as Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining Web.com, Ms. Landon was Deputy Commissioner and Chief Information Officer for the New York City Department of Finance. Her past experience include, Business and Technology leadership positions at Microsoft, where she was General Manager of Worldwide .net Market Development, and Chief Information Officer for Public Sector Business Systems Information Technology, as well as, Institutional CIO Prudential Insurance of America and General Manger Global Corporate Systems at The Bankers Trust Company. Jane is also on the Board of Directors of STEM2Hub, of Northeast Florida and the Jacksonville Chapter of Year Up. Ms. Landon holds a BA in Business Administration from SUNY Fredonia.
Lakshmi Narayanan
Dr. Lakshmi Narayanan is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, Educator and Scholar-Practitioner, Consultant, Cross-Cultural Trainer, Course Developer/ Designer and People Scientist.
Her Skills include Psychological Assessment, Situational/Behavioral interviewing, Mentoring, Coaching, Survey Feedback, Training, Competency Modeling, Talent Management, Stress Management, Cultural Competency and DEI Training. She is certified in Human Capital Assessment (HUCAMA) and Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management.
She has several years of experience in teaching, research, and consulting both nationally and internationally. She has also served on many leadership and administrative positions and for private and public organizations. She has several presentations and has published in many top tier peer-reviewed journals.
She also received a Gold Medal for her exemplary academic performance. She is presently a Senior Board Member for the Florida Industrial/Organizational Group for the state of Florida.
Shanker Menon
He is also an academic and has worked as an Associate professor nationally and internationally. He has worked in Management at the Dhofar University, and as an Associate at the American University of RAK. His expertise is in Talent Management, Executive Coaching, Strategic management, Leadership, Organizational Change, and Business analytics.
He worked in ASC providing consulting expertise and training to large and medium organizations. He has been involved in numerous projects including his involvement with University of Quebec. He is a Steering Committee Member of the nonprofit Cathedral Arts Project (Any Given Child)-Kennedy Center, Jacksonville, and a Board of the nonprofit organization FIOP, Florida.
Dawn Hernandez
Project Coordinator
Dawn Started at ATG January 3rd of 2022 as a Project Coordinator. She currently holds a BS in Business Management with a minor in Logistics, as well as, a Master’s in Project Management. She is a mother of 4 and married to a military retiree. She loves music and spending time with her family.
Parul Patel
Parul Patel is an inspiring business leader with experience in overseeing and leading the overall direction of an organization to increase revenue, drive innovation, improve control cost and enhance efficiencies. She has a track record of building $80M+ businesses, leading digital innovation, and transformation programs, and consistently delivering business results through hands-on delivery, coaching and empowering 5-100+ person teams to leverage their strengths and passions to make impacts in business and communities. She works as a trusted Executive Advisor to CEOs, CTOs, and CDOs to drive business change. Parul is also a passionate executive sponsoring and leading initiatives to advocate for diversity in corporate organizations (Accenture and Slalom) and in the community (SCORE, Chief, Dress for Success, UPWARD, Alliance for Fertility Preservation).
