Design
Our employee and team development starts with an in-depth assessment of individual team members, exploring a wide range of attributes and competencies. Then we create a development plan, often using a 360˚ assessment to provide additional perspective. A series of coaching sessions, conducted one-on-one, helps move the organization toward its development-plan goals. Interventions also help address the various aspects of group structure and process, including issues such as communication styles, feedback mechanisms, problem solving and decision-making strategies.
