Results are presented in a workbook format at a half-day Team Effectiveness Audit TM, during which an ATG consultant facilitates the team’s evaluation of its efficiency in all aspects of a project cycle.
Once a team identifies its needs, ATG delivers customized team facilitation events to promote continued growth. Such event themes have included the identification of future team leadership designed to fill recognized gaps, uncovering potential leadership within the group, and understanding the perception team members have of each other. Each team need is unique, and ATG’s TeamTechTM approach customizes the intervention to meet each need.

Talent Management: FuturesLeaders recently assisted a chancellor to utilize the ATG Headline News Report to select a college president, assessed college leaders and provided individual executive coaching for a state college’s leadership development program, and conducted a team effectiveness audit for a colleges workforce development team.
Learning Outcomes Assessment: FuturesLeaders developed a customized work profile for a new state college program in Supervisory Management. The college is using the Custom Profile to pre-assess students, coach for mastery, and conduct a post-assessment in order to document student learning gains/outcomes.
Workforce Development: FuturesLeaders provided complimentary training to community college professionals who wanted to be a ready resource to corporations and businesses for customized training and solutions based upon the science of ATG products and services.
